Whenever the Rajya Sabha pass any bill, it goes to the Lok Sabha for verification... nd after that the decision rests in the hands of the Lok Sabha as it can accept the bill nd it will go for the President's sign... nd will become a law.. ND in 2nd condition if the Lok Sabha sent it back to the Rajya Sabha to rectify it, then the Rajya Sabha can make amendments in it as it wants nd if it does not do the same nd send it back to the Lok Sabha, then Lok Sabha have to pass it ahead for the President's signature... nd after the assign of the President on the bill, it becomes a law...
