Oscillation is the repetitive variation, typically in time, of some measure about a central value (often a point of equilibrium) or between two or more different states. The termvibration is precisely used to describe mechanical oscillation.

Vibration is the Periodic motion and the restoring force is the Force due to the elastic property of the body.

Oscillation is also Periodic motion and Restoring force is due to the weight of the body.

Hope this helps!
