"Babar Ali is popularly known as and titled as the youngest headmaster of the world. What he actually started as a childhood fancy and a playful activity later became a goal and dream which he chased during his lifetime. The dream by which he lives, with the aim and propaganda of educating each and every child in the country. Later, it has shaped as a mission in his hands and as an objective of his life rather.

Twenty-one year old, the youngest headmaster, after a long and continuous struggle finally awaits getting a proper building for his school which was still working under a tin shed in his backyard.

The writer has emphasized and shown how Babar Ali has grown with time in experience and mentality but at his heart and soul, he always remained a shy boy. He is even described as very generous and cooperative in nature, as an instance, he skips his breakfast while visiting an institute as he never wished to disturb his host.

Even though the school was nearest to his village, he had to travel a long distance to go to school during his childhood. Babar realized and observed how other children never had access to a school and wasted their time in other jobs or no prudent activity. Ali then realised that it is best to teach those kids while he himself studied at his school.

When he was teaching himself, he went on to effectively put his learning to a positive use and hence started a makeshift school for kids around. He worked on his aim and school with the least of the resources he had access to, like reading the newspaper, terracotta tiles as a blackboard, broken chalks, etc. He worked with all the efforts and energy towards the project."
