bacterial cell is of an unicellular organism whereas plant cell mostly present only in multicellular pants bacterial cell does not have cell wall but plant cell have cell wall .
bacterial cell have its chromatic material which flows freely in cell whereas in plant cell as it is eukaryotic cell it haves its chromatic material inside nucleus which is protected by nuclear membrane
