bacteria is classified under monera of the basis of prokaryotes . example => anabeana , nostoc and blue green algae etc

1. Cocci (singular Coccus): Spherical shaped bacteria are called Cocci.

2. Bacilli (singular Bacillus) : Rod shaped Bacteria.

3. Spirilla( singular Spirillum) : Spiral shaped bacteria.
