HUMAN CELL IS A EUKARYOTIC CELL WHERE AS THAT OF A BACTERIA IS A PROKARYOTIC CELL.
THE BACTERIAL CELL HAS A CELL WALL TOO. 
THIS CELL WALL IS MADE UP OF PEPTIDOGLYCAN
THEIR DNA IS FREE FLOATING IN THE CYTOPLASM.
