bacterial cell is unicellular cell as it is made up of only one cell and all the function carried in bacterial is processed by only one cell . onion cell is a multicellular cell and all the function carried is only processed by all cells . the life span of bacterial cell is just 20 minutes and the life span of onion cell is much more than bacterial cell
