The Royal Bengal tiger is a subspecies of tiger of which other tigers such as as the Siberian Malayan tiger South Chinese tigers are the same sub species - the bengal tiger is a larger animal than say the Southeast Asian tigers. The Siberian tiger is larger than the Bengal tiger.Tigers such as the Sumatran tiger are at the point where their numbers are dangerously low and could follow the route of the Bali tiger which is confirmed extinct.
