Binary fission it means splitting of parental cell in to two daughter cells longitudinally with equal amount of protoplasm and nucleus

It is completely different from budding

Budding it means a bud is formed on the parental cell it grows up to maximum size and then get separated from the parental cell

And the main difference between them is after the formation of the daughter cells in binary fission the parental cell doesn't exists but in budding the parental cell still exists
