Answer:The black soils are formed by the volcanic erruptions when these cool down and they hardens the soil but when they are wet they shrink and when they are dry then they are to sustain with high cracks which are very wider and broader. They contain higher amount of phosphoric acid and lime and they are very useful for intensive agriculture but they lack in phosphorus, nitrogen and organic matter. The colour of the soil ranges from deep black to grey.
Explanation:when volcanic erruptions are occoured then they are very hot and they are left for many days to cool down. When it cools down then they are formed the black soil. But these soils are so fertile that they are good for intensive agriculture in fact they lack in some other resources like the phosphorus, nitrogen and organic matter. But they are rich in lime, iron, magnesia and alumina. They also contain potash. This soil is very good for intensive agriculture.
