First Either plant or translocate the well developed rose plant in area where u want to predict the SO2. Mark the temperature and moisture. you know that Roses favor environment with a warm and wet climate which is favorable for growth of fungus. Then culture blackspot fungus on the leaves of that roses. Sulphur dioxide is responsible for global cooling, have cool effect. Thus if No blackspot fungus then lots of Sulphur dioxide in atmosphere.
