blood cells r produced from the bone marrow . in adults bone marrow produces all of the red blood cells and 60-70%of white blood cells and other platelets which are present in the blood.

at embryo level blood is formed in spleen after baby is born blood is formed in bone marrow so infants get jaundice after birth due to decrease in blood
