our body structure is depended upon our mind power because our brain controls the activities in our body.It also includes spinal chord,because of the spinal chord reflex action takes place.The brain of the adult person is made up of approximately 100 billion neurons.In lower animals where complex neurons are not well developed reflex action takes place by the sudden action.

Body structure is relatively depended on mind power as we think positive it will be positive. Our body should be fit mentally and pysically by keeping the body fit by eating fresh fruits and vegetables and food having different types of minerals. As we concentrate on our body structure by our all mind.
