Relation of bond order with bond dissociation energy:

• The bond order is the number of electron pairs joint between two atoms in bond making.

• When maximum number of electrons joint between two atoms, the stronger the bond and more dissociation energy is required to break the bond.

• The amount of energy needed to break a bond is called bond dissociation energy or simply bond energy.  

•  The larger the bond energy, the bond will stronger.
