how is carbon di oxide and water converted into carbohydrates by autotrophs

6co2 + 6h2o --> C6h12o6 + 6o2....... This reaction take place in autotrophs in presence of sunlight...... As C6h12o6 this is glucose..... It is simplest unit...... So many glucose make starch and...... Huge amount of starch make carbohydrates....
