when caste involves in democracy it is harmful.

the leaders make sentiments in the name of the caste to get vote.

they see to caste composition of people.

this leads to a casteism rule.

the leader in a region will do more favour for his caste then the others.

it will become a majoritism rule. so other people fight back for equality and this develops into conflicts or riots or fights.

caste doesnt show a persons character or talent. caste will make social difference and leads people into social divison. then people will feel that they belong to one community. this will divide people and society and puts a bad show on the country and riots again.
