take a living tissue and grind with pistil of motor by adding trichloroacetic acid
then we get a thick slurry
now filter the slurry by using cotton or cheese cloth
after doing this we get 2 portions
filtrated one an the retantate one
by taking those 2 we can observe the chemical analysis
