ANSWER

Chemical Reduction:

1). The reduction of any compound or molecules using a chemical substance without applying any external agency such as current or electrolytes etc.

2). It's reduction due to movement of atoms.

Electrolytes Reduction:

1). The reduction process is carried out by creating a potential difference between two electrode using electrolytes as medium and electricity as external agency.

2). It's reduction basically due to movement of charge specially electron not atoms from one molecules to other.
