Classification is the reflection of revolutionary relationship between organisms.

More the two organisms are related to each other, more characteristics they have in common.

More characteristics they have common , more recently they have common ancestor like a girl and her real brother.

Similarities between organisms allow us to classify them and study these groups to determine how these organisms are evolutionary related.

HOPE THI WOULD HELP U.

Classification of organisms is based on proportionate ( relative ) similarities and differences among organisms. resemblances in organisms are because they have arisen from a common ancestor and differences in them are due to adaptations to different types of environment. as the organisms can be graded in order of increasing complexity it refers(indicates) at the concept of evolution.
