Global warming is a phenomena whereby the atmosphere traps a lot of solar energy that reaches earth by not letting them escape back to space. Human activities are contributing to climate change by causing changes in earth's atmosphere due to heavy release of greenhouse gases which in turn lead to global warming. Today, global warming is happening at a much faster pace which could in turn lead to catastrophic climate changes across the globe.  These are some of the measures to minimize global warming :
Afforestation, use rechargeable batteries, shift to energy- efficient LED bulbs, unplug electrical devices when not in use, use alternate power generators to avoid using fossil fuels, ensure all taps are leak-free etc.
