How is co2 from different body parts come to lungs?

The gases which we inhale and exhale are present in the lungs because the respiratory system includes the lungs. That's why we inhale oxygen released by the plants and exhale carbon dioxide which is taken in by the plants.

  • Carbon dioxide diffuses from the cells into the blood. Deoxygenated blood is carried by the veins towards the heart. It enters the right side of the heart and is pumped into the pulmonary system. Carbon dioxide diffuses into the lungs and is expelled as we exhale.
