The ethnic composition of Belgium is quite unique as it is composed of culturally different as well as lingually different communities. The Dutch-speaking, French-speaking and a minority (in terms of population) of German-speaking people reside here. In the history, the fairly developed Dutch-speakers had protested against the well developed French community. This resulted in the formation of a community government which is very efficient till date.
Under this government, both to major communities have equal share in power and decision making and follow a community based federal system for governing the whole country. Both the communities have equal rights in every sector and even the Germans possess unbiased rights. A separate government system equivalent to the national one has been set up in three country's capital, Brussels.
There is cultural, educational, political, etc. equality between ask the communities, only possible due to the government system.
It is formed through general elections in the different regions of each of the communities. Equal number of participants contest from each of the communities and the final decision making team is formed by the sync of the two.
