When excess base is dissolved in soduim hydroxide than the concentration of (OH -) ions increases as base contain (OH-) ions...

The concentration of (OH-) ions will increase.
This is because Sodium Hydroxide is also a base i.e. it contains ( OH-) ions already.
Now when more (OH-) ions is dissolved, the number of the ions increases.
Hence, Concentration of OH- ions will increase.
