how is democracy a better form of Government with compared with dictatorship or any other alternative government

A democracy makes sure that there is no conflict between the people. The power is distributed among so many people in a democracy but in a dictatorship the power is in only one hand. People are in favour of democracy because it their own rule over the country!!

Democracy is not an Ideal form of a Government but is better than the rest.It is the most accountable form of Government in which Citizens of a Democratic Country can directly choose their Leaders and fate of the Government Ultimately lies in the Hands of the Citizens.On the other hand Dictatorship or any other form of Government doesn't provide Rights and Amenities that an Democracy provides.
