democracy practices in our democracy is based on the will of the people and is it functions according to their contest consent .the fact is that democratic government cannot ignore the interest of the people to run administration .the government makes policies and trans keeping in mind public interest and representatives elected by the people due respect to the wishes of the people. all the decisions regarding Administration and various policies are taken by the elected leaders. on the other hand, dictatorship is based on the will of an individual or group and the government functions according to their wishes. the simple definition of democracy is that democracy is a type of government which is of the people , by the people and for the people.
