Humans chew their food only once but the ruminants chew their food again and again this process is called rumination and hence they are called ruminants.
Alimentary Canal difference:- Humans have long Alimentary canal than Rumens.
Digestive system:- Humans have large digestive system than Rumens. Humans digestive system has enzymes to digest proteins but not in Rumens.

digestion of human different from ruminants because 1)human digestion take more time for food to digest ...
2)ruminants can place his food in mouth for other time to eat but the humans cannot do ..
