Hey friend!!!
DNA the genetic material of bacteria is isolated in its purified form by treating the bacterial cells with enzymes like lysosyme is used to dissolve the cell wall. The RNA can be dissolved by treating them with enzyme , ribonuclease and proteins can be removed by treatment with the enzyme protease which converts proteins to amino acids.
