Echo:
It is the reflection of sound from a surface. When you shout in a big empty hall you first hear the original sound after a while and you hear the reflected sound of shout, ie, echo.
Reverberation:
It is a persistence of sound due to repeated reflections or you can say overlapping of sound caused by multiple reflections.

ECHO :- It is  the sound produced from the surface .That sound reaches
our ear at nearly  more than 0.1sec.

REVERBATION:- It is the sound produced from the muliple refractions of sound waves. That sound reaches our ear less than 0.1 sec.
