At it’s core, human resources is supposed to make sure you have the right talent in the company, and that it’s satisfied with its employee experience. A huge part of that is education.

It’s starts with the onboarding process - getting to know the company, the product, the goals and how to achieve them.

It’s also about the ongoing learning process that employees take during their time at the company. People get board, they get hungry for new experiences and they want to be part of new initiatives. HR is supposed to make sure that these things are in place, ready and available for the employees, or else they’re gone.
