how is electricity generates in a power plant

in case of hydropower or hydro electricity , damms are used which throw large amount of water on huge structures called turbines.
Due to this turbines start rotating. They are provided magnetic field and as a conducting coil they posses, according Fleming's right hand rule current starts flowing.
In windpower, wind does the same work.

by many ways such as!water by rotating turbines , uranium from nuclear radiation , coal by heating in the absence of Oxygen , by solar power plants by solar cells convert radiation into electricity , from wind will by rotating turbines , from bio gas is made by organic waste and convert into methane and also in new Time scientists ne earth ke heat se bhi electricity generate karna idea diya h and I am very proud on it because Vo Indian h I hope it's helpful you plzzz brain list
