The flow of electrons is termed electron current. Electrons flow from the negative terminal to the positive. Conventional current or simply current, behaves as if positive charge carriers cause current flow. Conventional current flows from the positive terminal to the negative.

Current is flow of charges.... Hence, electric current is the flow of electrons in a circuit. It is directed from the negetive terminal to positive terminal.

Conventional current on the other hand is the flow of positive charges and is directed from positive terminal of the battery to the negetive terminal.
