There is a two-way relationship between sport and environment. The impact of environment on sport is more palpable and direct which influences the scheduling of certain sporting events according to the suitability of the climate and the physical environment of the particular place. Global Warming has an unmistakable potential of having a long-term negative impact on sports in general and winter sports in particular. However, the focus of this article is on the second aspect of the two-way relation, i.e. the impact which sport has on the environment

There are very many ways in which environment adventure in sports have affected environment.

These includes :

• The clearing of the space to offer sporting grounds such as field and the courts for playing have led to the deforestation and hence clearing of plantation which are the key components in an environment.

• There is also land and water pollution which has come as a result of adventure in sporting activities and hence the number of the affected environmental components is directly proportional to the number of sport adventure activities in the ground.

• Use of various chemicals in the sport adventure in  a country can also lead to the increase in number of air pollution and hence affecting the environmental set up.
