How is eukaryotic nucleous different from nucleoid

A eukaryotic nucleus is membrane bounded but the nucleoid is not membrane bounded. Nucleus is a large and organized genome containing organelle of a eukaryotic cell whereas the nucleoid is a spot where genome is hanging out freely in cytoplasm.
