How is federal form of government better than unitary form of government explain by giving the examples of belgium and sri lanka?

the following are the feature of federal form of government :-
1.the constitution of Federation is written and rigid.
2. the constitution early describe the division of power between the centre and the state .
3.there is an independent Judiciary which interpret the constitution and it settle the dispute .
but in unitary form of government:-
1. in unitary form of Government it divides the power between the centre and the state.
In federal form of Government the power is divided into three parts like Central form of Government have another power and state government have other power and the Judiciary government have another power but in unitary form of government all power are United so federal form of government is better than the unitary form of government .
