✔INDIA HAS THREE LEVEL OF GOVERNMENT:

⚫CENTRAL

⚫STATE

⚫LOCAL.

✔EACH TIER HAS ITS OWN JURISDICTIONS.

✔THERE IS SEPARATE SOURCE OF REVENUE FOR EACH LEVEL.

✔THERE IS A SUPREME COURT TO SETTLE DISPUTES.

✔ALL POWERS ARE MENTIINED IN CONSTITUTION.

✔PROVISIONS OF CONSTITUTION CANNOT BE CHANGED UNILATERALLY.

✔INDIA PROVIDES SOME STATES SPECIAL PRIVILAGES LIKE J & K.
