How is fedralism practised ? Explain in 50 words from ncert textbook.

Federalism is a form of governance being practiced in India under this system there is a central power and other sub units of it . Government is run by the both authorities with units having more powers and centre has taxation , defense, and foreign affairs in his hand . A citizen is governed by two governments .
