Frogs reproduce by the process of external fertilisation while hens reproduce by the process of internal fertilisation
In hens: after the process of fertilisation the formation of egg gets started and after some days the hen lays eggs. The chick hatchs through eggs only when it would get warmth which is given by hen by sitting on it and the chick hatchs outa after 9 days.

In frogs: in frogs the female frog excretes the eggs in water and the male frog excrets its sperms in water. The sperms fertilizes the eggs and the eggs turns into tadepole and there on.

Both the animals produce eggs but the main difference lies, where they fertilisation occurs, the fertilisation of eggs is in the water i.e. outside their body whereas the fertilisation of hen's egg is occurs inside the body that is hens egg has a hard shell whereas the egg of a frog is like soft jelly.
