first of all you need to reach that person and see his/her conditions....

then if possible just call his relatives or his parents.......

then if it is looking a serious case then just call police or hospital for instant help...

till then you have to provide him primary first aid like doing all possible ways to block his flowing blood.. giving thim cpr....if required providing him ... and u have to take him to a safer place......
