frequency means or refers to the measurement of cycles in seconds..........
where as amplitude is the power of the wave or we can call it as measuring how large a wave is

a) Frequency is the rate per second of vibration whereas amplitude is the maximum extent of vibration.

b)The SI unit if Frequency is Hertz (Hz) whereas the SI unit of Amplitude is meter (m).
