gas is the natural form of substance and vapour are obtained after evaporation of a liquid

Gas is a matter . It can be any thing which exists in this form.
example- Hydrogen is a gas but not vapour
while vapour is something which comes out as the evaporated substance on heating something
Example - On heating water, water VAPOUR comes out
