How is gliding joint different from the ball and socket joint

hey buddy !! here's your answer ....

➡️Gliding joints are those which allow two flat bones to slide over each other.
✴️These are present in the foot and wrist. 

➡️Ball and socket joints allow twisting and turning movements almost in all directions . In a ball and socket joint, one of the bones has a rounded head which is the ball.
✴️ex. between shoulder and humerus .
