K Chandrashekhara Rao is the Chief Minister of the newly formed, emerging state in India, Telangana. He just won the best CM of the country and that's a really proud moment for all. His noble programs like pension for elders , home for elders , shaadi Mubarak scheme, salaries for imams and muezzins , etc struck the chord with general public.More importantly he reduced the corruption in his state Telangana.
