heya mate..... H contains only one molecule of hydrogen.. but H2 contains 2 molecules of hydrogen....

but I think H is very difficult to exist....

H2 is a compound and

H is a hydrogen molecule .

H contains one molecule of hydrogen element and

H2 contains two molecules of hydrogen element .
