how is HD I calculated which agency is responsible for calculating HD I

HDI stand for Human development index. It has three parameter on which we can tell whether a country is developed or underdeveloped they are

1. IMR -infant mortality rate

2. literacy rate

3. enrollment ratio

UNDP(united nation development program) is responsible for that.
