Gulliver was like a gigantic beast for the Lilliputians who have never seen such a huge thing because of their small size. They first tried to capture him bu later he was provided with liberty but by agreeing to an agreement. He was regarded as a monster because of his immense size. But he helped the people in many ways. The king too begins to like him. The queen also likes him but for a temporary time. She was enraged by the means by which Gulliver tried to save her from the fire.

Gulliver was imprisoned by the lilliputians because they though that Gulliver was a beast which came from somewhere else to destroy the lilliputian's island.

The qualities that the lilliputians expressed where that they intended to listen to what Gulliver wanted to say because the queen had found some good vibes in him and soon after his hearing the lillputians became friends with Gulliver.

Please find below the solution to the asked query:

Everything was destroyed but Gulliver somehow managed to swim and reach the shore. He was tired and so he immediately fell asleep. When he woke up he found himself chained by little men. They were Lilliputians who lived there. Thus, he reached the island of Lilliput.

Gulliver was first treated with suspicion for which he was tied and then chained by the Lilliputians. But later, they began trusting him and provided him with adequate food and clothing. He had three hundred cooks at his disposal and twenty waiters to serve him his food. Three hundred tailors came and took his measurements and the clothes they made looked like the patchwork made by the ladies in England.
Gulliver was impressed by the Lilliputians because they knew how to embrace a stranger with open arms which was quite evident in the way they treated him. Gulliver also came to know of the qualities they possessed as he gradually knew about their society. Corruption met with severe punishment and those who displayed the quality of ingratitude was considered one of the greatest enemy of mankind.

Hope it helps you buddy..
