//Heat can be transferred from 1 place to other place by 3 ways conduction, convection and radiation/// Conduction and convection involve particles, but radiation involves electromagnetic wave(so there is no particals invo CONDUCTION occurs in substance/SOLID/object. CONVECTION occurs in both LIQUID and GAS . RADIATION- all the substance radiate energy .for good understanding of radiation is sun energy/heat ,where sun lays beyond millions of kilometers but we feel its heat through radiation.
