How is heating of sugar different from heating of ammonium chloride ? Explain your answer with labelled diagram only please fast My Exam Going On Fast

Answer:

Heating of sugar- chemical change- deforms and loses its composition on heating. Sugar, on heating makes new compound. Heating of ammonium chloride- physical change - it only changes its state but the composition remains same. Ammonium chloride on heating changes from solid to gas.
