- For LPG ('liquefied petroleum gas') which is a fuel derived from petroleum gas , on compressing the petroleum gas it results in liquid formation.
- Oxygen cylinders that are used in hospitals required compressed gas to be filled in it.
- Another form of gas source, CNG ('compressed natural gas') which is a natural gas also known as methane gas due to its composition of methane, is compressed and used in terms of fuel at homes.
