Human Capital is in one way superior to other resources like land and physical capital.

..human resource can make use of land and capital but otherwise land and capital cannot become useful on its own

2 educated and skilled human beings are very beneficial for the country

3Many countries have large population but the people lack in education and skills

▪human capital is superior because they are having so many skills and knowledge whereas machines are not having any kind of knowledge and education .humans are considered as best personalities......capable of doing work which cannot be done by machines.machines just provide comforts but they are having bad effect on us..
▪For example:
first man used cycles (his own energy)he was active and no diseases were there but now humans are using cars for comforts which make them lazy ;
causes pollution and many hazardous diseases.
■there are uncountable dangerous effects of other resources than humans which humans are using by closing their eyes .....
