human resources are the only resources which convert any thing into resource . without human nothing can be converted into a resource for an example until the steam engine was discovered the petroleum was not an important resource but after the invention of steam engine the petroleum become the most important resource
2) the development of any country depend on its human resources.if any country utilises its human resources than it can develop .like Japan does ,Japan doesn't have any natural resources but with the help of human resources it is a developed country now
so if a country uses its human resources carefully then it become the most important resource otherwise it will become a libility for the country

Human resource is an important factor of economic development. It is determined by the skill ,efficiency, and attitude of the labour used bu that country. The development of human resources increases the natural resources, and removes the economic backwardness.
